Thinking Skill Workshop by- Milan Pandya sir

 Two days workshop on thinking skills:

Our Department of English organized the Thinking skills workshop for two days in our department. In this workshop, Semester-1 and also Semester-3 students are present. when we entered the class we saw our board with a very beautiful drawing and it give the message. The drawing was drawn by our senior jheel didi. I put a picture of it. 

THINKING

After some time our Dilip Barad Sir was entered with Milan sir and we all welcomed him with a standing ovation. Our classmate Drashti Joshi was welcome him by giving him a bouquet of flowers. Our Dilip sir gave the introduction of Milan sir to us.

 

# INTRODUCTION ABOUT MILAN PANDYA SIR:

Milan sir is a teacher, trainer, and educator in the field of Thinking skills i.e. critical, creative, and Design Thinking, English Language teaching, and communication skills. He has also authored 02 books. Milan sir has BA & MA in English Literature, M.Phil in English language Teaching and his Ph.D. involves studying online Teaching, Communicative Competence & Critical Thinking.

Now he holds the position of vice president of Advancement at a critical Thinking solutions company in Ontario, Canada, and teaches at multiple colleges such as Conestoga and Sheridan College in Ontario, Canada.

# Thinking skills according to Milan sir:

Sir give us the definition of thinking "Thinking  about thinking to improve thinking." He told us that Thinking is a Life skill. he gives us many examples of how to think deeply. he saw us how can one picture make us think so deeply.

 He gave us the example of the LUX SOAP advertisement in that Karina Kapoor khan was play the role.

Sir gave the other example of thinking that picture taken from the Tv Serial Ye Hai Mohabbatein.

In our life thinking skill is very important because when we speak without thinking it's just like "TO TALK WITHOUT THINKING IS TO SHOOT WITHOUT AIMING" 

I got a lesson from the workshop that "We need to challenge our own thinking" for ourselves to achieve our goals and live happy life.
